A WELL ADJUSTED TEAM
IS A HIGH PERFORMING TEAM

> Is your team performing to
full capacity?
> Could your team do with a
boost of positivity?
> When was the last time your
team was evaluated on performance?
> Do you know the supporting factors of your team?
> Are you aware of inhibiting factors, preventing your team from being a high performing one?

ESI TEAMS is a tool that improves the effectiveness of your team and provides a mechanism for generating high performance.  ESI TEAMS can be applied to functional as well as project based teams.

ESI TEAMS equips team members with tools to enable them to operate in the most effective way in a range of commercial environments.

ESI teams

Using the unique card sort, your team will identify factors that may Support or Inhibit the team’s cohesiveness, effectiveness and efficiency.  Once identified your Accredited ESI Partner will identify strategies and plans to create change and formulate a high performing team.

Underlying, unidentified factors such as anger, politics or isolation, may be inhibiting your team from progressing; while supportive factors such as praise, trust or, focus may exist without recognition.  ESI TEAMS works by identifying the factors which are often unspoken and yet contribute to problematic situations that often go unresolved.

The ESI TEAMS process has evolved from ego state personality theory which originated from the work of Freud, Federn and then Watkins, and is based on the assumption that one’s personality is composed of groupings of separate states.  These states are created according to need, and continue to be active or available to varying degrees in a variety of situations.  Ego state personality theory has implications relating to some of our basic understandings of the nature of the mind.

The ESI TEAMS process has been used with the following results …

  1. Higher levels of productivity through behavioural change
  2. Financial gain through constructed decision making processes from the team
  3. Team harmony and a genuine desire to achieve
  4. Self awareness that equated to both personal and team growth

The benefits of applying ESI TEAMS are:

  1. Greater cohesion with increased productivity
  2. More understanding of self and others
  3. The realisation, acknowledgement and correction of inappropriate behaviour
  4. Decision making processes are made easier
  5. Opportunities and risks for a team to move to a higher level of productivity are uncovered
  6. Conscious, guided self development both individually and as a team

ESI TEAMS unifies team members; creates high performance; generates cohesively and constructively to produce quantifiable outcomes or results.

“Jan uses the ESI process with in-mates in prison with outstanding results. The in-mates feel empowered by their realization that there are more parts to their personalities than their criminal parts. They appear to grasp this concept and appear to use this in addressing their offending behaviour after attending her program.”
